Good to Know

Delivery and Pickup

Your experience is delivered by The Hosted Crates before your event and picked up afterward—no return trip required. The Essential and The Signature are generally picked up the day after your event. The Complete includes an extended rental window and is generally picked up approximately 48 hours after your event date. Your confirmed delivery and pickup dates and service windows will be provided with your approved reservation.

Two-Hour Check

Please review your crate within two hours of delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported during this period. Photos or video may be requested.

Guided Setup

The Hosted Crates does not provide on-site setup. Your experience includes clear visual guidance so you can create the final setup in your own space.
